Barton Malow Company Strategic Development Director Haley Hassler has been named one of Business North Carolina’s 2022 “Trailblazers.” The recognition acknowledges Haley’s status as a thriving up-and-coming professional and Carolina construction leader who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
Haley has been with Barton Malow since 2007 when she was hired as a Project Engineer after graduating from Purdue University. She’s also worked as a Project Manager, Project Solutions Manager, Preconstruction Manager, and Director of Carolina Operations. She recently moved into the role of Director of Strategic Development for Barton Malow’s union-based industrial division.
In addition to her leadership role at Barton Malow and growing the firm’s Charlotte office over the past several years, Haley is also actively involved in the community. She sits on the Board of CPN of NC; The Chamber, Leading Business in Cabarrus; and the academic industry advisory boards for Purdue University – Construction Engineering and Management and UNC Charlotte College of Engineering construction programs.
