Lisa Tolbert, Barton Malow’s Director of Human Resources, has won an Excellence in HR Award from Crain’s Detroit Business in the Diversity & Inclusion category for her leadership and significance in driving business success.
“I think it’s important to invest in DE+I not only as a monetary investment but to allow people the investment of time and resources,” Tolbert said. “These are the team members within the organization that experience it, feel it and see it.”
This is a new awards program for Crain’s Detroit Business, and all Excellence in HR Awards winners will be honored at the Crain’s Detroit Business HR Leadership Summit on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan.
