Barton Malow was formally recognized alongside 61 other Metro Detroit honorees at a ceremony held at The Henry in Dearborn, Michigan, on Thursday, November 7. Barton Malow was also named a Best + Brightest Company Top 101 in the Nation as well as a “Best of the Best” large business.

The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) worked with an independent research firm to review key metrics relative to other nationally recognized winners. To determine the winners, the firm scored companies on compensation; benefits; team member engagement, recognition, and retention; wellness and well-being; recruitment; team member learning and development; work-life balance; company performance; and more.

At the ceremony, Barton Malow earned additional honors for its team member wellness initiatives. The Best + Brightest in Wellness initiative highlights employers that promote a culture of wellness and acknowledges the teams that strategize, execute, and assess team member wellness efforts. Additionally, the construction firm was awarded an ‘Elite’ designation for its on-site and remote offerings.
