Barton Malow has opened an office in Evansville, Indiana, located at 117 S.E. 4th Street. Prior to establishing the Evansville location as a permanent regional office, Barton Malow conducted site operations at the address since 2018.
“The addition of our Evansville office will help facilitate the business plan that we’ve laid out for our Central region,” said Craig Eckert, Barton Malow Central Region Senior Director. “Evansville is a regional hub for several market sectors that Barton Malow has a wide range of operational expertise in, including healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing. We look forward to increasing our presence here, creating new job opportunities, and completing projects that will positively impact the community.”
Barton Malow has long been a part of major construction projects in Indiana throughout its near 100-year history, but in more recent years, has taken the lead in reshaping the construction of Evansville, the state’s third-largest city.
A snapshot of notable Barton Malow projects in Evansville includes Deaconess Gateway Orthopedic + Neuroscience Hospital, renovations at Deaconess Midtown Hospital, Deaconess Clinic-Downtown, Deaconess GI Specialty Center, as well as the implosion of Evansville’s tallest building, 420 Main, to make way for a future mixed-used development. Barton Malow has also completed significant projects in Indiana for General Motors and the University of Notre Dame.
