For the 17th consecutive year, Barton Malow was appointed one of the Best + Brightest Companies to Work For in Metro Detroit, an honor that recognizes an organization’s commitment to excellence in HR practices and employee enrichment. And for the first time, Barton Malow also earned the Best of the Best Large Business Elite Award for going above and beyond for its team members.
Both honors were formally presented during a virtual ceremony on Tuesday, November 2.
“This Elite winner is known for a strong culture and family atmosphere,” President + CEO of Best and Brightest Programs Jennifer Kluge stated during the award ceremony. “Part of this is taking care of each other in times of need.”
Barton Malow was specifically noted for its financial assistance program, which aims to help support team members financially throughout emergencies or other qualifying situations, and its workplace chaplain program, where team members can voluntarily engage in confidential discussions with trained professionals.
