Detroit

Barton Malow was founded in Detroit, Michigan, in 1924, and though our headquarters has since moved about 15 miles north to Southfield, we continue to have a strong presence in the Detroit construction market. Our current Detroit office is located on Library Street, which is close to two of our renowned Detroit projects: the now-completed Shinola Hotel and the ongoing Hudson’s Site Development. Other notable Detroit projects this office has supported include Little Caesars Arena and upgrades to Ford Field.
