Todd Ketola
Senior Vice President, Southeast
Todd Ketola oversees Barton Malow’s work in the southeast region and is tasked with aligning strategy to connect with clients and build strong project teams. Todd brings over 38 years of experience to his role, providing customer satisfaction and guiding projects from start to finish.
He’s a second-generation builder, getting his start as a laborer at 14 before becoming a carpenter. After joining Barton Malow he spent time working as a superintendent and then project manager for the K12 Education team before becoming the youngest Vice President in Barton Malow’s history.
Todd has been instrumental in growing Barton Malow’s higher education portfolio, including several key projects such as the Notre Dame Campus Crossroads project, the University of Michigan Stadium expansion and renovation, and the Zaha Hadid-designed Eli and Edyth Broad Art Museum. Todd is committed to providing each client with Barton Malow’s full resources to meet their requirements.
