Sean Hollister
Senior Vice President, North Central
Sean Hollister is the Senior Vice President of Barton Malow’s North Central Business Unit, responsible for operations in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. His career in construction spans 25 years and he’s been with Barton Malow since 2007, quickly establishing himself as a leading sports executive and builder after joining the enterprise.
Sean’s sports project resume includes the University of Michigan Stadium Expansion, the Rose Bowl Improvement + Renovation project, and Little Caesar’s Arena. Sean excels at successfully delivering large-scale, tight-timeline projects, and has also overseen the construction of the Intermountain Health Lutheran Replacement Hospital, Penn State Health Hampden and Lancaster Medical Centers, and the University of Michigan Pavilion.
Sean is also focused on the next generation of construction professionals. Together with the Barton Malow Foundation, Sean has worked to benefit the construction management program at Michigan State University. He’s also active with the Associated General Contractors of America national and Michigan chapter. A passionate community builder, Sean led three Habitat for Humanity trips to Romania in the mid-2000s.
