Jeff Baxa

As the Senior Vice President of Automotive, Jeff brings more than three decades of industry experience to help lead Barton Malow into the next evolutionary phase of the automotive industry and explore new market opportunities.

Starting as a LEAPs Intern, Jeff has dedicated his entire 31-year career to building with Barton Malow. His experience, especially leading Preconstruction, has given him a deep understanding of how to successfully deliver many different projects and contract types. A proven relationship builder dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs and incorporating safe working practices, Jeff leads his team to provide a superior customer experience that delivers results.

Jeff is a current board member of the Michigan chapter of the AGC, a board member of the Engineering Society of Detroit, and a graduate of Leadership Detroit Class XL. Jeff is committed to contributing to the local community by volunteering at several organizations, including the YMCA, Gleaners, and the American Heart Association.
