David Gregor
Vice President, Building Trades
Dave provides executive leadership across multiple projects specifically related to Building Trades, including Civil, Concrete, Structural Steel, and General Trades. He assures a team of 1,500+ craft professionals, supported by project managers and engineers, are prepared to execute the most challenging industrial projects.
Dave started at Barton Malow as a Project Engineer in 2007 and has worked on several large-scale projects, including the General Motors (GM) M5 Productivity Improvement Program, the Severstal Hot Dip Galvanizing Line and Hot Strip Mill, the GM Arlington Stamping Plant, and Hudson’s Detroit. After 15 years with the company, his proven leadership of building trades teams led to his role as Vice President of Building Trades in 2022.
Dave drives consistency across integrated project teams through safety, quality, and productivity and engages with local and national union affiliates to further his knowledge and involvement. With an extensive background in industrial processes and manufacturing, he understands customer needs and applies them early in the design/build process.
