We were proud to head to Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia to construct a new two-story facility to house three C-130 Flight Training Simulators in high bay structures, briefing classrooms, computer rooms, offices and maintenance facilities.
Building construction consisted of reinforced masonry and structural steel frame with standing seam metal roofing system. The interior walls were metal studs with drywall, ceilings were acoustical and suspended drywall.
Our scope of work also included a fire protection system, smoke detection, variable air volume space conditioning, elevators, electrical, CATV, lightning protection, data network, telephone raceways, plumbing and mechanical.
Sitework included all utilities, landscaping with irrigation, asphalt and concrete paving, multiple retaining walls of reinforced concrete and masonry.
